The operator of the online shop is:

Germany
Email: info@pilgrim.im
Deviating conditions of the customer are not recognized, unless their validity has been expressly agreed to in writing.
2. Contracting Party
The purchase contract is concluded with:
Thomas Pilgrim
August-Engel-Str. 24
59872 Meschede
Germany
3. Product Presentation in the Online Shop
The presentation of products in the online shop does not constitute a legally binding offer, but rather a non-binding invitation to order.
Technical changes, further developments, and minor deviations in design, appearance, or software interface are reserved, provided they do not significantly impair the function and value of the product.
4. Order Process and Conclusion of Contract
The customer can initially place products in the shopping cart without obligation. Before sending the order, the entered data can be reviewed and changed at any time.
By clicking the order button, the customer submits a binding offer to purchase the goods contained in the shopping cart.
The contract is concluded as soon as we accept the order, for example, by an order confirmation email, by shipping the goods, or by an explicit declaration of acceptance.
5. Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices are in Euros and include the statutory value-added tax, if applicable.
In addition to the stated product prices, shipping costs may apply. Shipping costs will be displayed during the order process.
6. Payment
The payment methods available in the online shop will be displayed during the order process.
Payment processing is carried out via the respective payment service providers offered. The conditions of the respective payment service provider also apply.
7. Delivery
Delivery will be made to the delivery address specified by the customer.
Delivery times are indicated with the product or during the order process. Should a product be temporarily unavailable, we will inform the customer immediately.
Unless otherwise stated, delivery will be within Germany.
8. Retention of Title
The goods remain our property until full payment has been received.
9. Right of Withdrawal for Consumers
Consumers generally have a statutory right of withdrawal. Details can be found in the separate withdrawal policy.
A consumer is any natural person who concludes a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly neither commercial nor their independent professional activity.
10. Warranty
The statutory liability for defects applies.
In the event of defects in the delivered goods, the customer can assert the statutory warranty rights.
11. Technical Requirements
TurnPilot is designed for use with compatible Sonos systems in the local Wi-Fi network. It is a prerequisite that the respective Sonos devices or Sonos zones are accessible in the network and have been correctly set up.
The function may depend on the network environment, the configuration of the Sonos devices, software versions, and other technical conditions.
12. Independent Accessory Product
TurnPilot is an independent accessory product and is not affiliated with Sonos, Inc. or IKEA. Sonos, Sonos App, SYMFONISK, and other product names are trademarks of their respective owners and are used solely to describe compatibility.
13. Liability
We are liable without limitation for intent and gross negligence as well as for injury to life, body, or health.
In the event of slight negligence in violating essential contractual obligations, liability is limited to the foreseeable damage typical for the contract. Essential contractual obligations are those obligations whose fulfillment enables the proper execution of the contract in the first place and on whose compliance the customer may regularly rely.
Otherwise, liability is excluded to the extent permitted by law.
14. Dispute Resolution
We are not obliged and unwilling to participate in dispute resolution proceedings before a consumer arbitration board.
15. Final Provisions
German law applies to the exclusion of the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers, this choice of law only applies insofar as it does not restrict mandatory statutory consumer protection provisions of the state in which the consumer has their habitual residence.
Should individual provisions of these General Terms and Conditions be invalid, the validity of the remaining provisions remains unaffected.
