Shipping

We ship orders to the delivery address provided during the order process.

Available shipping methods and costs will be displayed at checkout before you finalize your order.

Delivery Area

Shipping is available within Germany and to other selectable delivery countries, provided this option is available at checkout.

If your country is not selectable at checkout, please send us an email to info@pilgrim.im before placing your order.

Delivery Time

The estimated delivery time is specified on the product page or during the order process.

For immediately available items, shipping usually occurs within a few business days after receipt of payment. For pre-orders, small batches, or products undergoing continuous development, a different delivery time may apply. In such cases, the delivery time will be specified with the product or during the order process.

Shipping Costs

Shipping within Germany is free. Shipping costs for other countries will be automatically calculated at checkout and displayed before you complete your order.

Any additional costs, such as customs duties, import fees, or taxes for deliveries outside Germany or outside the European Union, may be levied by the respective delivery country and are to be borne by the customer.
