Returns under the Right of Withdrawal

Condition of the Goods
Please return the goods as completely as possible, clean, securely packaged, and with all supplied accessories.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a retail store. You are only liable for any loss in value if this loss is due to handling the goods in a way that is not necessary for checking their quality, characteristics, and functionality.
Cost of Return
The direct costs of returning the goods are borne by the customer, unless explicitly agreed otherwise.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price in accordance with the cancellation policy using the same payment method that was used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged or Defective Goods
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible by email with a brief description and, if possible, photos of the problem.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
