Returns within the scope of the right of withdrawal
If you are a consumer, you generally have the right to withdraw your order within 30 days without giving any reasons.

How returns work

Condition of the goods
Please return the goods as completely, cleanly, securely packaged as possible and with all accessories supplied.
You may inspect the goods as you would in a retail store. You only have to pay for any loss in value if this is due to handling of the goods that is not necessary for checking their quality, properties and functionality.
Costs of return
The direct costs of the return are borne by the customer, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
Refund
After receipt and inspection of the return, we will refund the purchase price in accordance with the cancellation policy using the same payment method that was used for the original order, unless otherwise agreed.
Damaged or defective goods
If a product arrives damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible by email with a brief description and, if possible, photos of the problem.
Your statutory warranty rights remain unaffected.
